RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: Increased muscle carnosine level, a factor in delaying neuromuscular fatigue in intermittent high intensity exercise.
RECOMMENDED DOSE (ADULTS 19 YEARS AND OLDER): 2 scoops daily (One scoop 2 hours prior to exercise and one scoop after exercise).
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Mix with 125 ml cool water and drink. Slowly increase dose to maximum levels over a period of 1-2 weeks. Allow at least 2 hours between doses.
